Is the shampoo safe for puppies?
Yes, the shampoo has a coconut shampoo base, which is the same type of base used in baby shampoos. There are no harsh detergents, synthetic perfumes or artificial colors so it is extremely mild making it safe for the most tender skin.

Will the shampoo wash off Frontline or Advantage?
No, because there are no harsh detergents, it will not wash off these products. Just follow the directions on the box and wait at least 24 hours after applying to bathe your dog.

The shampoo is a Conditioning Shampoo - do dogs need the extra conditioner?
Dogs with long hair tend to get tangled and matted so the extra conditioning agents make the coat / hair more manageable. The conditioner can also be used to make the coat / hair extra soft and shiny.

How do you use soap on your dog?
The same way you would use a bar of soap on yourself. Just rub it directly on the dog and it creates a rich lather of use a sponge to lather and then rub on the dog.
